This compact two-story home is designed for efficient use of land. With a small foot print that is only 21’6” wide, it still has room for 3 bedrooms and 2½ baths. The large open first floor is great for entertaining. The design gives the homeowner plenty of room for a water front view, or a neighborly visit on the porch. Although it is perfect for a water front lot, it also fits nicely in some of the older inter-city lots where lot sizes were substantially smaller than they are today.

The Red Fish is a home design combining the kitchen and adjacent living areas into a single, large gathering space where family members and guests can interact during the entire course of a visit, not just during the sit-down meal.
