Affinity Modular was featured in the Offsite Builder Magazine’s April Edition about the aesthetics and curb appeal of new home construction. Many doubt that modular construction can have just as much or more curb appeal as site-built homes, but Affinity is here to prove them wrong. Susan Bady writes, “Affinity’s homes are designed in-house, using floor plans from the company’s portfolio as a springboard. We make sure that customers have a variety of roof pitches, overhang dimensions, colors, porches and other [exterior elements] to choose from.”
