Though traditionally defined as small or having only one room, the English Cottage has inspired larger homes, yet maintains the cozy comfort that we identify with the cottage style. On the exterior, the English Cottage commonly features half-hip roofs, reminiscent of thatched roofs of Shakespeare’s time. This sweet little home is economical, efficient, cozy and just what a retiree or single parent might want. Easy to maintain, yet comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

Rebecca's Cottage

The Fish Hawke is a cute little home that is perfect for a narrow lot. Whether on pilings or a crawl space, the home has a charming set up with open living in the front and a family friendly front porch. The Washer/Dryer area is located conveniently in the hall close to all the bedrooms. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, the 1,088 SF has plenty of room for a retired couple, or a small family, just starting out.

Low Country home plans get their name from the coastal region of South Carolina and Georgia, which is commonly referred to as “The Low Country.” This region often presents a unique set of architectural challenges, including high water tables, high humidity and sometimes severe wet weather. The Kingsland design features a broad hipped roof over the expansive wrap around porch. The design include 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a large open living area that opens onto the porch. The plan includes a walkout bay window in the dining area. All the bedrooms are privately located in the back of the house, with a guest bath at the end of the hall. This design will fit any environment, from the farm to the lake.
