Low Country home plans get their name from the coastal region of South Carolina and Georgia, which is commonly referred to as "The Low Country." This region often presents a unique set of architectural challenges, including high water tables, high humidity and sometimes severe wet weather. The Kingsland design features a broad hipped roof over the expansive wrap around porch. The design includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a large open living area that opens onto the porch. The plan includes a walkout bay window in the dining area. All the bedrooms are privately located in the back of the house, with a guest bath at the end of the hall. This design will fit any environment, from the farm to the lake.
